Rugeley School is a provision for young people aged 5-19 with a diagnosis of autism and additional needs.
The role will be term time only, plus 2 weeks to be determined by the management team during the school holidays.

**Communication** - Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
**Organisation** -You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.
**Attentive** - No two tasks are the same, so being attentive to greet all visitors, answering telephone calls, booking in appointments, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.
