**Salary: £35,000 per annum**

**Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm**

**Hybrid working after initial training period, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.**

Based in Salford Quays, my client works in the marketing sector.This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player working for an impressive global leader. Currently seeking a HR Advisor to join their friendly team. You will provide generalist HR support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work to company policies and procedures specifically HR policies and contractual terms and conditions of employment.
- Manage employee relations, including providing support on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence management.
- Liaising with managers across the business covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Producing Management information reports for senior management team.
- Providing support to the senior management team with projects to drive operational change and initiatives including Reward and Recognition programmes, wellbeing, diversity, career planning
- Three years plus, generalist employment law experience
- A recognised HR qualification
- Experience of managing employee’s relations
- Experienced in attracting, retaining and developing talent
- Experience of recruitment and assessment methods.
- Experience of managing projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An engaging approach
- Advanced excel skills to produce management information reports
- Drive and initiative to work with mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure, in a busy but fun environment
- Experience of working in a fast moving environment
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of UK Legalisation and employment law
