**THE ROLE**

Our digital Studio is the place where we put the show on - when it comes to our brand this is the place where our creators, commissioners & producers work together to create world class Brand Assets that will inspire and engage. As Studio Lead, you will play an essential role in how the brand's creative look and feel is directed, visualised and executed.

Based in our London headquarters reporting to the Director of Digital you will lead a team that are responsible for building and running a best-in-class brand Studio and also be the key point of contact. You will work cross functionally with Brand architects from Authentic Brands group and stakeholders across the Ted business. You will elevate all work through the Studio to the highest possible aesthetic level, through highly creative and appealing content.

Your role will be responsible for the briefing process and creative for your business area of expertise - the digital Studio.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and develop the team to create and deliver on the brand vision for the Studio and digital.
- Coach and lead the Digital Studio team (7 FTE), maintaining clear personal development and succession plans for each team member to ensure growth and progression. Provide high quality, motivating and pragmatic leadership.
- Lead and co-ordinate the end-to-end workflow of the Studio, managing volume, product traffic & resource to ensure all products and collections are launched to deadline and to a high standard, while continually reviewing and refining processes to improve output & quality.
- Direct shoots / content for our partnership clients (currently Hunter and Juicy Couture) and continue to evolve our commercial proposition / offer to market with Studio increasingly acting as a profit centre.
- Bring brand concepts and ideas to fruition through clear direction and feedback, ensuring what is produced is on brand.
- Manage forward-planning enabling the team to look ahead, providing challenge and a commercial lens.
- Lead a team to perform at their highest capacity to deliver consistent high quality and best-in-class assets whilst ensuring continual prioritisation.
- Source Ted’s online models, managing castings for eCommerce product shoots and online editorial features and working with business stakeholders to ensure our models are on brand.
- Manage the seasonal site changes to evolve and refine the ecommerce photography while creating seasonal style guides.
- Manage brand collaborations and creative projects across the business.
- Oversee all digital Studio projects, managing the artistic direction of the digital Studio team and translate strategies into effective ideas and concepts.
- Develop strong inter-company relationships with various stakeholders to ensure brand creative continuity and cohesiveness.

**Tools of the Trade**
- Extensive Studio leadership experience within a fashion/ lifestyle brand or design agency.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organisation skills.
- Strong understanding of copyright, content licensing laws and IP rights.
- Experience in the negotiating and securing of assets from multiple sources including photographers, videographers, agencies, and other third parties.
- An in-depth knowledge of locations globally and out-of-the-box thinking to cover these locations in an editorially creative way.
- Fully conversant in Adobe Creative suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Sound/ Advanced working knowledge of IT packages (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Good understanding of UI/UX
