As part of our ambitious growth plan we are looking for an Analytics specialist to join our growing digital and Ecommerce team in London. In this role, you will be part of a team of digital marketers, developers, designers and copywriters responsible for enhancing our Ecommerce capability, and designing ever-more effective processes to engage and convert the prospects for our reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Head of Ecommerce to develop a full attribution model for Mintel's online activities.
- Enhance, automate and deliver monthly KPIs that inform the business what we should do next.
- Work towards automation of our reporting using real time dashboards from multiple data sources.
- Manage and rationalize our Google Tag Manager and Web Analytics properties.
- Assist the digital teams to complete our uptake of GA4.
- Work with our Bizible, Google Analytics and Salesforce products to maximise their reporting capabilities and our measurement of our marketing activities.
- Conduct gap-analysis of our current reporting and detail the steps and tools required to improve them.
- Support UX design and digital teams with measurement and decision making about our users' behaviour.
- Audit and maintain our GDPR cookie compliance systems, including the creation of appropriate policies.
- Manage the measurement processes for conversion rate optimization (CRO) so that we deliver meaningful results from all our A/B and multi-variate tests for the improvement of our Ecommerce processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Commercial experience of designing Web Analytics and Tag Implementation.
- Either a degree in analytics, data science, or relevant experience.
- Extensive experience configuring Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Data Layer, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce user experience, SEO, and accessibility best practices
- High performance under pressure, producing quality output to deadline, within a fast-paced development environment.
- Use of data and statistical tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, Tealium, BigQuery or advanced Excel.
- A combination of deep analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Some experience with common web technologies, such as JS, HTML, PHP or Python.
- An enthusiastic team player, who wants to work in a diverse team to solve real world problems.
- Understanding the technicalities of cookie consent, including platforms such as CookiePro.
