Coffi Co is looking for a Part Time Supervisor to join our Bayscape Team with immediate start.

Shifts are including weekends, part time 25-30 hrs/week on £14.56/hrs+tips. Hourly rate includes rolled up holiday pay.

**Requirements**:

- Fully trained Barista with knowledge of all kind of coffees.
- Previous coffee shop/restaurant supervisory experience is a must
- Well-organised and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the store management in maintaining a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a quality experience for both our customers and team members.

Store Supervisor assists in customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Coffi Co rules. This position directly supervises Team Members and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the Assistant and/or Store Manager.

**Store Operations**:

- Maintains a clean, organised and stocked environment.
- Establishes effective and positive communication amongst all team members.
- Will provide guidance and actively set an example for team members, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures and cleanliness standards are maintained and followed.

**Service**:

- Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
- Ensures that all Team Members are greeting and responding to all customers with fast, efficient, friendly and personalised service. Strives to develop a rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items.
- Investigates and resolves customer incidents.

**Product**:

- Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards
