**Trainee Drainage Repair Operative**

Exjet Services are a multi disciplined family owned drainage engineering firm based in Devon. Due to an increase in workload, an opportunity has now become available to join our extensive team as a trainee Drainage Repair Operative.

This role involves working on various sites across the South West, focusing on the repair, maintenance, and construction of sewerage systems and other subterranean structures. You will collaborate with seasoned team members who will guide you in your professional development.

Ideally situated in Plymouth or the surrounding areas, you should possess some construction experience. The role demands outdoor work throughout the year, proficiency with power tools, and a willingness to learn the operation of heavy machinery and plant. While the position primarily falls under our Civil Engineering Department, comprehensive training will be provided in all other aspects of our business.
- Proficiency in IT, with solid skills in Mathematics and English.
- A quick learner capable of working under pressure and independently.
- Prior construction experience is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Possession of a full clean driving license.
- Presentable appearance with strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities for practical challenges.
- Proactive attitude towards skill development in the work environment.
- Availability for some weekend and night shifts.
