Job Title: Drainage Engineer - Drainage Specialist

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Devon / Cornwall

Salary: £30,000 with commission, overtime, vehicle, fuel card and benefits

About the Company: ATS Recruitment is working with a leading drainage services company that specializes in providing complete drainage solutions to corporate clients. The company offers a quick and competitively priced response to their clients' needs, whether it's a simple blockage, a drain collapse, or a burst water pipe.

About the Role:

  • As a Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for fulfilling all drainage jobs to the required standards and the customer's reasonable expectations.
  • You will predominantly be site-based, undertaking all drainage jobs while ensuring, where possible, that work is completed on the first visit.
  • You will be able to confidently explain to customers what work you need to carry out, ensuring you leave them with peace of mind and confidence in the company's abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high-quality service to commercial and domestic customers.
  • Basic groundworks, drain repairs, and reinstatements.
  • CCTV camera survey of drains, record defects, and recommend necessary repairs.
  • High Pressure Water Jetting.

Requirements:

  • Candidates will have a background and experience working in the drainage sector.
  • Preferably have a CSCS card, High Pressure Water Jetting, Confined Spaces.
  • Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal record and DVLA check.
