Maintain a working knowledge of and comply with Care Quality Commission (CQC) / Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) Fundamental standards, organisation policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Gain an understanding of our organisation’s values and to work in accordance with the values in everything that you do.
- Experience of working in a support worker role (desirable).
- Experience of working in the Care Sector (desirable). Qualifications & Requirements
- Care Certificate to be completed within first 6-months in post
- Committed to completing 100% allocated eLearning
- Committed to completing face to face and service specific training, as required - Ability to ask for help when required and able to work as part of a team
- Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent - desirable
- Working within our deaf services, BSL Level 1 qualification - desirable
- This role will require a satisfactory enhanced DBS check

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 15/02/2023
