**Job role**

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a mechanical or electrical trade background to work
between our sites at Liverpool and Runcorn.

Working with the Group Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the timely and safe execution of all maintenance tasks,
working to procedures and relevant legislation for all sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To manage the sites maintenance programme across our sites at Liverpool and Runcorn using the site Computerised

Maintenance Management System as a tool to ensure planned maintenance is completed on time and defect
management is prioritised and planned accordingly.
- To manage assets using the site maintenance management system, including ensuring new assets are fully recorded,

with maintenance plans implemented.
- Take an active part in site audits both internally and by outside organisations (for example, the HSE, BSI)

Be able to produce maintenance and procedural records for relevant equipment where necessary to satisfy the audit
requirements.
- Lead projects that are taking place on the sites, including planning, administration, scheduling, contractor control,

cost control
- At times of heavy workload, and if necessary, provide an additional technical resource for hands on maintenance

tasks (although this is likely to be a rare occurrence).
**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**

**Essential ** Completed technical apprenticeship in either a
- mechanical or electrical discipline
- BTEC Level 3 diploma (or BTEC ONC) in mechanical or
- electrical discipline as a minimum
- Good IT skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft

Office products (Excel, Word etc) but also in using
general IT systems (CMMS, Business Software etc)
- Must be willing to travel between sites on a regular

basis and have own transport
**Desirable ** Base knowledge of other relevant regulations - ATEX,
- PUWER, LOLER etc
- Prior experience of hands-on maintenance is
- desirable.
- Experience of managing a team is desirable.
- Experience of running maintenance on a chemical

manufacture/storage led site is desirable (particularly
in a COMAH facility)
