The post holder will work with the Foundation Programme Director and the Consultant Clinical Lead for Simulation Training to develop and deliver high quality multi-professional simulation and skills-based education to Postgraduate Doctors and other allied health professionals. While the role will predominantly be focussed on simulation-based training of Foundation Doctors, the post holder will be expected to contribute to the development and delivery of simulation training for other groups. The post holder will also undergo a simulation faculty development course with essential debriefing training included.
