- Our Commercial Marketing Executive will support in delivering sustainable revenue growth across our estate through supercharged integrated marketing campaigns - with a core focus on new site openings. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure accurate and timely communication of key trading activities to relevant parties, alongside ensuring each team has access to the relevant information. You will also work alongside our external media, comms and creative agencies to deliver best-in-class media campaigns.
- This role encompasses key priority areas:

- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial & marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and our external agencies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines.
- Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to optimise existing processes to support the Commercial & Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to co-ordinate local marketing plans.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Support budget management and ensure all marketing activities deliver a positive return on investment.
- What we need from you
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in a commercial setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to understand data to derive insights that will deliver revenue positive initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience of working with external media agencies desired, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a subscription or multi-site business desired, but not essential.
