Job Title: Resource Planner

Location: Nottingham

Hours: 10 hour shifts on a 4 on/ 4 off shift pattern.

Working in our Nottingham resource office, you will be part of our resource team working afternoon/evenings, providing support and assistance for our field colleagues.

**What you will be doing?**
- Dealing with colleague queries and complaints/Issues
- Schedule resource in line with customer requests
- Reacting to customer demand and new requests
- Liaise with Account Managers and Resource Manager to ensure all jobs are filled with correct skill level and cost effectively

This role is working specifically within our Retail Division, which offers both Retailer and Product Vendors alike, end to end solutions for the installation and merchandising of their stores/product. This includes, but not limited to, Site/Project/Programme Management, Equipment/Stock Consolidation Services, Delivery, Installation and Merchandising services, all available as stand-alone offers or a bespoke combination to suit our customer’s needs.
