**About you**
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Salford Quays. You must have administration experience and worked in a face-to-face customer relations role previously. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and driven by customer satisfaction and success, you will provide business support and assistance to our clients (business tenants). Managing the front of house desk, you will coordinate the administrative function and daily use of the building whilst ensure Hope Park's standards of service are upheld. You will assist the facilities manager in coordinating maintenance jobs and be health and safety aware all times along with acting as Hope Park's fire marshal and appointed person for first aid. Coordinating meeting room bookings along with working with the head of sales to support on sales, marketing and events throughout the year.

**Essential**:

- Experience working in an administrative role
- Experience in a customer services environment, particularly reception/front of house or hospitality or face to face customer relations
- Relevant administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent social and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to engage and manage stakeholder relationships
- Proactive approach in problem solving and take initiative
- Be self motivated with a proactive 'can do' approach and be able to work on own initiative
