Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Presenter to join our team. As a Presenter, you will have the opportunity to present tours of luxury properties across the northwest of england. We are looking for an enthusiatic and livley character with some interest in real estate, architecutre and interior design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present property tours and give engaging descriptions of different properties.
- Utilize your knowledge of real estate to educate and entertain the audience.
- Collaborate with the production team in brainstorming and content strategy planning.
- Stay up-to-date with property industry trends and developments in order to provide accurate and relevant information

**Skills**:

- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge or experience in real estate is highly desirable
- Outgoing and social personalities would suite the role best

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Presentation skills: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
