Grants Officer

**Duties**:
- Research potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with funders to ensure continued support.
- Monitor and track grant deadlines, requirements, and reporting obligations.
- Collaborate with program managers to align grant proposals with organizational goals.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in grant writing and management within a nonprofit or similar organization.
- Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software is preferred.
