Fabulous opportunity for a dynamic Head of Marketing with experience of driving ticket sales
**THE COMPANY**: Our client is a much-loved food and music festival, bringing top music artists and some of the UK's finest chefs to venues across the country.
**THE ROLE**: The Head of Marketing will be the driving force behind national and local integrated marketing campaigns which maximise audience engagement, brand awareness and ticket sales. An opportunity to really make an impact
You will:

- Oversee market analysis, customer profiling and competitor analysis to devise tailored messaging and marketing strategies
- Devise and implement data acquisition and retention strategies
- Work with ticketing partners to manage box office and FOH set up
- Set ticket prices and pricing strategies, forecast tickets sales targets and report sales trends
- Negotiate and manage media partnerships
- Brief and manage PR, Marketing and Web agencies
- Manage marketing budgets for each event
- Manage and develop the marketing team

The role is based in Central London with hybrid working.

- Significant consumer marketing experience, with a deep understanding of marketing events and a passion for the live event industry
- Campaign planning, management, tracking and reporting experience
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects
- Experience of managing six figure budgets and spending analysis
- Experience of setting ticket prices, forecasting ticket revenue and tracking ticket sales
- First-hand knowledge of customer research/ audience profiling and targeting
- Experience in collecting and utilising customer data
- Team management experience - ideally a minimum of 2 direct reports
- Agency management experience
