**What we’re looking for?**

A digital marketer who is exceptionally quantitative and very comfortable using analytical tools. Someone who enjoys thinking creatively, writing, and bringing new ideas to life. An excellent people person who can motivate and develop a team. A collaborativeand a motivated self-starter, ready to roll up your sleeves and dive right in.

This is a highly tactical and strategic role with a significant impact on the business that requires strategy, analysis and execution on a daily basis. You will define drive this forward by developing our marketing strategy while managing a team of 2, asocial media and content graduate and senior digital marketing executive, and there is scope to hire 2 more people into this division immediately.

**What you will be doing?**

Reporting to the managing director you will be responsible for a team of 2 and the below
- You will Build, manage and optimize paid and organic inbound lead generation campaign through Paid Social and PPC campaigns,
- Creating quarterly ROI feedback that informs future social campaigns and strategy
- Create monthly reports on lead conversion optimisation rates that seeks to assess departmental growth and progress
- Review site data and analytics via Google Analytics, Shield.AI and Wordpress
- Curating department strategy through understanding data reports and measuring success rates / Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, and backend systems
- Update reports and provide analysis around ROAS, campaign performance, purchasing patterns, and website traffic to improve all campaigns.
- Setting up A/B tests, running cohort analyses, measuring the performance of your campaigns and optimising ROI.
- Ongoing analysis of performance - clicks, views, etc, as well as report on earned media targets including company and brand awareness goals through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 3 years+ of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of ABM, focusing on growth strategy, focusing on sales and marketing resources on target accounts within a specific market
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp, Hubspot or Dot Digital
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Google, add words, paid search and paid social marketing channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated concepts in clear and concise terms
- Experience using Word Press and the full microsoft suite
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
- Ability to forecast and budget spend with accuracy
- A hands-on contributor who is commercially minded
- Being methodical and high attention to detail
