Senior Client Relations Assistant- New Client Team

We currently have an opening within our New Client Team. The role will primarily involve taking instructions from prospective clients about their legal matter, both on the telephone and in person.
Our client range is diverse across a wide array of legal areas. You will be required to have an understanding of the legal aspects which will enable a client to pursue their legal matter, providing clear advice and support to the clients. Part of the role is liaising with senior solicitors after taking initial details from the client.
Other responsibilities will include general admin tasks and monitoring of our social media accounts.
You will also be required to assist the Client Relations and Marketing Manager with enhancing and growing the team and assisting in training of new members of staff.
Experience in a legal background is preferable but not essential and we welcome applicants from a non-legal background but with other relevant experience, who might be looking for a new challenge. Full training will be given.
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
- Inbound and Outbound calls;
- Arranging appointments with clients;
- Taking initial instructions over the phone;
- General admin duties;
- Customer liaison;
- Setting up new client files;
- Monitoring several forums of social media;
- Liaising with solicitors after taking client instructions
**General Attributes**:
The successful applicant will have a bright, extrovert, & personable attitude and the ability to talk to clients professionally. A willingness to work hard with strong initiative is also required. Good written and verbal English skills required. Attention to detail is important and strong time management skills are essential with the ability to work under pressure. You must be computer literate and proficient in Excel.
We are a well-established firm in the heart of Northwich, offering quality service to our clients. Due to the personable nature of the role, home working is not appropriate for this position, and your attendance at the office is required.
**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
