The role of Project Consultant is a vital role within our Consulting Service. We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Consultant to support the delivery of a broad portfolio of consulting projects and tasks.

**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Primary responsibility will be to support Senior and Principal Consultants in the delivery of a broad portfolio of consulting contracts. In addition, the experienced Project Consultant will lead on the delivery of high quality and impactful consultancy contracts up to certain value.

This role will involve facilitating meetings, consultations, analysis of data, report writing and client management, including tasks but not limited to:

- coordinating and facilitating consultation activity (both online and in person: may involve travel),
- carrying out research,
- analysing qualitative and quantitative data,
- developing written reports,
- attending client meetings and producing detailed notes
- To receive and act on feedback from Senior and Principal Consultants in relation to consulting tasks and outputs
- Administration relating to contract management
- To proactively communicate with Senior and Principal Consultants in relation to workplans, tasks and challenges.
- To fully utilise company systems and processes including SharePoint
- To deliver consulting tasks efficiently, within time allocations and aligned to the client brief.
- To develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- To produce high quality written work, in line with company templates and brands and aligned to the client brief
- To adhere to company operating manual, policies and processes in respect of delivery, management and administration of consulting services
- To act professionally and showcase the company ethos at all times

**Required Criteria**
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and uses own initiative
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Proven ability to respond positively when working to tight deadlines and adopt a solutions-based approach to problem solving
- Strong relationship building skills
- Discretion and sensitivity in dealing with colleagues, clients and consultants
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- BSc Hons in a relevant discipline
