**Position: Senior Support Worker for a Youth Residential Facility**
**About the Role**
A leading provider of residential care services for youth in a vibrant and multi-ethnic area is looking for a Senior Support Worker. This role is critical in offering support to young individuals facing complex emotional and behavioural challenges. **Who We're Looking For**
- Minimum of 6 months experience in residential care for children.
- Preferably holds a full UK driving license.
- Must have completed or be working towards a Level 4 NVQ in Residential Childcare.
- Experience in conducting reflective supervisions is an advantage.
- Must be IT literate and possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 43.75 hours per week.

- Day shift, Overnight shift, and Night shift availability required.
