We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing Office - Third Party Regulation and Transformation to join our Enterprise Change, Resiliency and Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Run and manage the operational global process to support and enable the legal entities to meet their regulatory requirements related to third party engagements, ensuring timely completion of process activities, development of required artefacts and robust metrics reporting.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders and drive actions across legal entities and control functions to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across the ESO.
- Support initiatives and projects for ongoing development / enhancements of the ESO framework and processes to deliver compliance with Third Party Regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation or efficiencies to improve controls and mitigate risk within ESO.
- Assist in the development of tools, training, policies, and procedures.
- Provide analytical support to the management team regarding metrics, reporting and special projects.
- Review workflows, hand-offs, process steps and existing policies and procedures; analyse areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Education and experience
- Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred
- Relevant years of total work experience is preferred
- Experience in third party risk management and controls
- Knowledge and experience of managing and enhancing global processes to deliver compliance with regulations (especially third party management regulations) in financial services
Core skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and ability to work independently on multiple initiatives
- Hyper-organized; strong time-management skills with ability to prioritize work appropriately
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
