Our client, a hugely-respected business in the Financial Services industry who are leaders within their field is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client based in Orpington is looking for a Compliance Analyst with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the industry to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will offer hybrid working after the initial period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep up to date with pension rules and legislation changes
- Check 100% of the abridged advice reports carried out by IFAs
- Check Suitability Reports completed by Advisers
- Previous experience as a Compliance Analyst
- Check all administrative reports completed by the team
- Deal with any complaints received, both written and verbal, utilising the internal complaints log
- Provide technical support and training to the administration teams
- Comply with all regulatory standards and processes

The successful Compliance Analyst will have previous experience dealing with Pensions, with any experience of DB Schemes a distinct advantage.

You will ensure all administrative duties carried out within the firm meet Compliance standards, ensuring you maintain sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within the industry.

You will join a Compliance team within a market-leading business who are a hugely-successful business within their field, where you will provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with all work completed.
