Carpentry and Fire Door Supervisor

2D require an experienced carpenter to oversee our fire door installation and maintenance projects as well as other aspects of construction but will be mainly carpentry. The role will include surveying fire doors for maintenance and renewal and signing off installation for FIRAS accreditation. The role will be hands on occasionally, i.e. snagging works, small tasks that wouldn't justify a carpenter for a period of time.

Firas or fire door third party accreditation experience extremely desirable.

Fire door installation experience and knowledge of current installation regulations essential.

Must have the ability to use a laptop competently. Will be expected to use Microsoft office packages including Microsoft Project.

SSSTS or SMSTS desirable.

The role will include:
Monitoring progress of work against a set programme.

Setting programmes.

Collaboration with our commercial team.

Day to day running of sites.

Surveying doors and door sets for manufacture and installation.

Small amount of hands on works such as snagging/adjustment of fire doors.

Company vehicle and fuel provided.

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 4 years (preferred)
