The Redline Group have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Scrum Master, on an initial 3 to 6-month project, helping to support the team to maintain a robust development process ahead of a new product launch. The role is based in Oxfordshire and is a 2-day per week opportunity, with potential to expand on this.

Working in cutting-edge development, our client are at the forefront of the next generation of engineering and technology. Their products are used across multiple industries and sold globally, meaning they are an instantly recognisable brand.

You will join a small multi-skilled engineering team, supporting them in ensuring the implemented agile methodologies continue to be used, as well as coaching newer members of the team in the most effective processes.

Key Skills Required - Contract Scrum Master, Oxfordshire:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Previous experience of working in an R&D product development environment
- Experience of agile coaching methodologies, coaching and scrum ceremonies

Interviews will take place in early September with a view to starting shortly thereafter.
