**Job Overview**:
**We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to fill the role of Kitchen Ambassador/Leader. The Kitchen Ambassador/Leader will oversee various aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.**
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership and Team Management**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.**
**- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of all kitchen duties.**
**- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance culinary skills and promote consistency in food preparation.**
**- Motivate team members to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.**
**2. Food Preparation and Quality Control**:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.**
**- Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.**
**- Monitor food presentation and ensure that all plates are served in accordance with established standards.**
**- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items, taking into account customer preferences and dietary restrictions.**
**3. Kitchen Operations Management**:
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.**
**- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.**
**- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.**
**- Optimize kitchen workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.**
**4. Customer Service and Interaction**:
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns regarding food quality or service.**
**- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the kitchen and the dining area.**
**- Strive to enhance the overall dining experience for customers through exceptional food quality and presentation.**
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment operation.**
**- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.**
**- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.**
**- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.**
**- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.**
