Due to the growth of our business, we are expanding our team and we have an exciting job opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to join us in a role that is brand new to this service. In this role, you will work as part of the Clinical Services management team to embed a culture of quality improvement & drive clinical workforce development. Supporting the business to deliver propositions for all mental health clients as required, the Mental Health Clinical Lead will drive the continual clinical development and supervision of clinicians to deliver contract and service specifications. You will work closely alongside the Mental Health Client Partner to develop and deliver large scale mental health & neurodevelopmental solutions to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing service that provides life changing support to patients.

**Every day you will**
- Manage clinical teams nationally, providing development, support & direct supervision to clinicians.
- Provide a high level overview of the NHS, Mental Health and Neuro developmental disorders
- Conduct 1:1s & appraisals for all clinical employees
- Develop and implement quality improvement programmes
- Work with key stakeholders including senior NHS & social care managers to develop existing relationships & identify opportunities to expand & extend them

**What will help you succeed in this role?**
- Mental Health or Learning Disability Registered nurse with clinical hands on experience (within the last 2 years)
- Experience working in a Neurodevelopmental Service and delivering remote ASC assessments
- Experience working with NHS Commissioners, Local Authorities & Health/Social care providers
- The ability to motivate, lead and develop a team to success
