Compliance Administrator

**Salary**: £22,000-£26,000 per annum

Location Gillingham

Hours: Monday
- Friday 8:30am-5pm

Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our established client in Gillingham to recruit a Compliance Administrator who will be apart of a varied role which includes you liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is a rare opportunity to join an organisation who are undergoing an exciting growth period and are looking for someone to lead their HR team. You will have proven experience withing Compliance.

My client is looking for a forward-thinking individual with strong attention to detail qualities to ensure audits pass with flying colours and have a full understanding of ISO's. They have a loyal set of suppliers and subcontractors which you will oversee checking certifications and qualifications all while having the role of document management.

Do you have what it takes to be their Compliance Administrator?

The role of this Compliance Administrator includes:

- Liaising with Suppliers and Subcontractors make sure they have their H&S, Insurance documents and sending out pre qualifications surveys
- Ensuring all Engineers have correct qualifications to carry out jobs
- Occasionally sending out equipment to engineers to complete jobs
- Going through the current database and contact suppliers to gain extra information to input data onto the new system
- Ensuring all documents are reviewed and checked annually
- Completing questionnaires for potential stakeholders
- Manually check spreadsheets and update the training Matrix system on engineers completely different courses.
- Having attention detail when collating information for audits
- both internal and external

To be a successful Compliance Administrator you will have:

- Strong Administration skills
- Great communication skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders
- An adaptable personality to take on new responsibilities
- Great excel knowledge
- Wanting to learn compliance
