Charity People are delighted to be working with Young Enterprise to recruit for an interim Marketing Manager who will join the organisation in their 60th anniversary year. As Marketing Manager during this time you will focus on developing and implementingonline and offline marketing campaigns that promotes the charity's work transforming the futures of young people in celebration of their milestone birthday

This role is a six month contract position, and can be worked fully remote, or with days in the London or Oxford offices.

**The role**

Working to engage individuals across a range of audiences including teachers, businesses, parents, young people, and policymakers. This is an exciting role and an opportunity to join a lovely team in a role with lots of opportunity for creativity. As MarketingManager, core elements of your role will be:

- Designing a dedicated campaign that celebrates the organisation's 60th anniversary
- Building relationships with key external stakeholders including briefing, managing and working with external agencies
- Identifying and creating tailored content that will engage, excite, and inspire audiences across marketing and communications channels
- Managing the charity's Instagram account which involves posting regular content and engagement with followers as well as managing external social media agency and approving content plans
- Creating materials and collateral for teams across the charity that promote programmes, services, events, and supporter and volunteering opportunities
- Increasing awareness of the charity brand with current and new audiences through a variety of initiatives
- Ensuring the charity website is kept up-to-date and keyword research is conducted for SEO

**About you**
- Demonstrable success of implementing content-led marketing and communications strategies
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly, engaging messaging across a range of channels - including social - for multiple audiences
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of using WordPress to make content updates
- Able to communicate at all levels clearly and concisely with the ability to confidently present ideas and influence decisions
- Experience using and analysing data from Google Analytics
- Able to work collaboratively, proactively, quickly and responsively, and with an openness to embrace new ideas and ways of working
- Experience in running PPC advertising campaigns using Google AdWords
- Willingness to share knowledge and effective practice with others
- Excellent multitasking experience demonstrated through the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time
