- ** Salary Range**:£48,800 - £75,000
- ** Partnership Level**: 6

You will lead and manage the customer delivery, warehouse and administration operations to deliver outstanding levels of customer service, achieve network KPIs and cost control in a safe, efficient and legally compliant environment. In doing so you will also ensure the CDH operates to exceed our obligations as an exemplary operator under the DVSA Earned Recognition scheme.

**Essential experience or skills**:

- Previous experience leading in Supply Chain operations
- Proven track record as a specialist in people management (succession planning, Diversity & Inclusion and empowerment).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Resource management and implementation experience.
- Strong customer centric approach.
- Proven financial acumen and budget control.
- Proven and effective working knowledge of IT Systems.
