Welcome to Taylor Whitmore,

We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our clients team based in Felixstowe, they are a leading shipping and logistics company, this is a great 'foot in the door' opportunity to work with a company who truly value leveling up their staff. As a warehouse worker you will play a key role in the logistics and distribution of products within their warehouse facility.

**Duties**:

- Ensure adherence to company health and safety protocol
- Maintain efficiently functioning warehouse facilities to ensure stock is held in good condition and to facilitate correct and timely movements into and out of the warehouse environment
- Ensure adherence to the correct procedures for receiving goods, stock storage, stock rotation and the processing of orders for dispatching goods
- Ensure materials are stored correctly in order to minimize stock losses as a result of material deterioration or physical damage
- Support the wider team by continuously improving skills and knowledge
- Ensure the safe keeping for all company assets under your control
- Respond to requests from the stock control team

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Counterbalance License (RTITB/ITSAR)
- ILM Level 3 is Desirable
- Proven competence dealing with customers
- dealing with difficult situations, problem solving and excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team, good communication skills, ability to remain calm and professional

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm. There is potential opportunity for this position to go perm depending on staffing requirements and performance.
