Care Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Reallocation of work due to carer sickness with expectation, after training, that support for our rostering staff will be given if required - You will be required to work 9 days per month to provide cover on our out of hours. You will receive an additional £150 per month for providing this support.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minute
**Qualifications**:
- Proven Care experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
