Alufold Direct are looking to recruit Technical Estimators to join the Sales division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, private equity backed company. Based in the North West, Alufold Direct is a leading manufacturer operating in the fast-growth aluminium building products market and is undergoing a significant period of expansion.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

- Technical appraisal of enquiry documents considering the following:

- Initial thermal checks.
- Initial Structural checks.
- Compliance with Building Regulations.
- Specification and aesthetic requirements of project.
- System Selections.
- Glass and panel selection.
- Scheduling the windows/screens to be priced.
- Processing of windows/screens doors through pricing software.
- Compiling qualified quotations for projects.
- Following up quotations to ensure best opportunity of securing business.
- Providing technical support and specification advice to customers.
- Manage and maintain individual pipeline through the CRM system.
- Monthly reporting on enquiry levels and sales pipeline.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Technically minded
- Understanding of the Building Regulations (Part B,F,K,L,M,Q specifically) preferred.
- Knowledge of the construction market preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good business sense and commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Good IT and report writing skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work flexibly to meet deadlines and deliver results.

**Salary**: £9.50-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
