Primary Responsibilities:
As the Working Capital Specialist, reporting to the Treasurer, you will play a key role in our treasury function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting working capital analysis and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) across all working capital lines.
- Creating monthly reports on working capital and improving indirect cashflow reporting and analysis.
- Gaining a deep understanding of loveholidays' balance sheet and working capital drivers.
- Educating the broader team on cash and working capital drivers and analysis.
- Identifying potential initiatives to improve working capital and driving the necessary projects to deliver the benefits.
- Collaborating closely with commercial teams to ensure buy-in for any changes.
- Utilizing your commercial experience and knowledge to enhance working capital analysis and improvements.
Desired Skills:
- Professional accountancy or treasury accreditation.
- Experience with G Suite.
- Prior work experience in the tech or travel sector.
- Experience with Anaplan and SUN.
