Scanning Operative

The Best Connection are recruiting for our client in the Lancing area. The role is as a Post Scanning Operative and will be ongoing. Working as a Post Scanning Operative will involve processing mail to deadlines and with a great degree of accuracy.

**Functions of the Post Operatives**:

- Typing and inputting data
- Processing clients documents in accordance with specified processing rules.
- Read and understand correspondence to ensure cases are dealt with in the correct manner.
- Scanning documents using a desk top scanner and program.
- Providing relevant feedback to support your Team Leader/Senior Operator in regards to production issues.
- Provide friendly and meaningful customer service.

- Good typing skills
- Can thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Working in line with company values and guidelines.
- Eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills

**Full training provided.**

**Hours: Full Time**, Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:30

**Part Time**, Monday to Friday 08:00-12:00 and 08:00-15:00
