We're currently seeking a Senior Property Marketing Executive to strengthen our existing team. This role will allow you to leverage your passion for all things property, as you work with our Marketing Director and property teams to deliver compelling campaigns across all regions.

Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the Marketing Director to formulate a property marketing strategy
- Implementing the strategy through the design and execution of all digital and print marketing for the firm and clients
- Managing social media for Estate Agency & Lettings, including the scheduling and management of property social media posts
- Engaging followers with regular updates and innovative marketing methods
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention
- Delivering marketing tools to assist with the sale and letting process, such as interactive promotional videos
- Generating and providing monthly reports on all activity
- Building positive relationships internally and with supplier/partners

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Experience in property marketing (Estate Agency or Lettings)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work professionally in building a brand image
- Enthusiastic and positive work ethic, ability to remain calm and professional
- Proven track record of creating and delivering social media plans, timelines, and campaigns
- Proficiency in analysing marketing statistics and ROI
- Excellent content writing skills with a strong understanding of branding and tone of voice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, think quickly, and generate new ideas
