This is an opportunity to be an integral and fully integrated Videographer at Nest Property Marketing. This is a hybrid role that requires a high competency level within the realms of video production, video editing and IT skills as well as exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.

**Video Editor Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and taking down cameras, audio recorders, lighting and microphones
- Filming video productions for both brand films & property videos, either on set or on location.
- Monitoring field audio.
- Taking on client brief and planning the shoot with our creative team and the client.
- Maintaining the equipment inventory.
- Edit video for clients in on-brand manner and in accordance with brief objectives.
- Liaise with the creative team on behalf of clients to communicate project goals and outcomes.
- Foster relationships with clients and support office staff in a variety of administrative and logístical responsibilities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High-Level Competency within the Adobe Suite. (Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong general IT proficiency in wide range of creative and administrative software
- Great communicator and relationship builder - we love what we do and have fun doing it
- An eye for detail and a creative, unique approach to storytelling
- Impeccable time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced creative agency

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Honours degree with a concentration in film, digital media preferred.
