McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional** Relief Care Supervisor **to join their team at their NEW modern development, **Stowe Place, in Lichfield, Staffordshire**

**Development information**:
This BRAND NEW attractive Retirement Living PLUS development in Lichfield includes 28 one bedroom and 37 two bedroom retirement apartments with an onsite bistro that is open all year, communal gardens and lounge for hosting events and relaxing.

**This is not traditional care, this is better**

**Base Salary: £12.56 **per hour day rate and **£10.36** **sleeping **night rate per hour **plus** additional pay (see conditions below)

**Hours: to be negotiated with estate manager **(includes day and night shifts)

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Bank Care Supervisors **sleep** between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
