Job title: Service Desk Analyst

**Salary**: £28k - £35k

Location: London

Our client is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their London team.

This role will suit an individual with 6-18 months of experience in a service desk role who is focused on customers experience. If you are keen to learn new skills and products with a genuine passion for technology, this might just be a perfect role foryou.

Core responsibilities for this position are:

- Be the first point of contact for incoming queries
- Operating the ticketing system
- Office 365 including SharePoint and OneDrive implementation and support
- Ensuring that any incidents are dealt in a timely manner
- Ensuring that any queries are passed onto the correct team

Ideally, you'd have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Substantial experience of MS Windows and Office, both previous and current versions
- Ability to interrogate calls and progress incidents and requests
- Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365
- Have great analytical skills and be solution-driven
- Experience of help desk systems, logging and progressing calls, closure, and follow-ups
