**nGAGE Talent: Group ESG Consultant**

Reporting to our Group HR and ESG Director, the newly created role of Group ESG Consultant will lead the definition and implementation of the group's Net Zero and Sustainable Future business plans globally. Partnering with our Group business leadership around the world and group functions, this role will set policies, initiatives, goals and targets, drive progress and report against those plans.

**Your key responsibilities**
- In conjunction with external advisors define the group's Net Zero target plan with defined scientific based targets, Sustainable Future initiatives to achieve targets and implementation plan
- Performing ESG gap analysis to ensure key ESG policies and procedures and reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Create policies, guidelines and implementation plans related to sustainability programs on Environmental and Social Values matters
- Develop and execute corporate sustainability initiatives and strategies in line with the Sustainable Future, Net Zero and ESG plans and targets
- Develop and execute an overall program management (PMO) and change management strategy related to business initiatives/process changes required to support our Net Zero and Sustainable Future plans
- Perform quantitative analysis, track targets and goals for internal and external reporting; work with internal functions to collect, consolidate and report performance measures
- Maintain ESG data inventory of metrics and manage the tracking and reporting progress against Net Zero and Sustainable Future plan targets,
- Establish and lead cross-functional working groups related to ESG, climate change and environmental sustainability to coordinate and support successful outcomes and objectives
- Communicate work and project progress, issues and risks via status meetings, reports and presentations to SMT, brand business leadership and other internal partners
- Supporting development of nGAGE Talent's external ESG & Responsible Business narrative, including data collation and management and annual reporting disclosures with support from Group Finance, including reporting on progress towards UN SDGs
- Coordinating reporting of external data for third party ESG Reporting, Ratings & Research
- Supporting the development of progress reporting materials for the nGAGE Talent SMT and Main Board
- Specialist reporting to meet specific stakeholder requirements including coordinating responses to investor queries on ESG matters, working in close collaboration with the Group Marketing team
- Assisting group businesses with bid content on ESG, Social Values and Net Zero targets and plans
- Working with our Group General Counsel to update and maintain Corporate Responsibility policies and procedures, drafting position statements.

**What we need from you**
- Experience designing or redesigning an ESG program.
- Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Environmental Science, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment
- Demonstrated specialization in the ESG field and shown ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Ability to handle a diverse scope of business objectives that require qualitative research, written communication and report-backs as well as strong quantitative analysis and measurement
- Requires little instruction on day-to-day work, with general instructions on new assignments
- Skilled in balancing multiple workstreams, ensuring timely communication of progress and results within a team setting, using team workflow and planning tools
- Ability to identify and frame challenges while providing clear paths for implementing solutions
- Strong background working on group ESG reporting, program and/or data collection projects, working towards timely and successful outcomes
- Highly organized, strong project manager
- Strong balance of quantitative and communication skills
- Good knowledge of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, key trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge and experience in global environmental standards and frameworks: such as UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures g(TCFD) and others
- Proven analytical capability and commercial acumen.
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong writing style to create compelling communications for both internal and external audiences including ability to translate complex issues into stakeholder appropriate messaging and to craft high impact materials for senior audiences.
- Experience of reporting against main ESG frameworks
