We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing interfaces
- Implement interactive features and functionality using AJAX and other web technologies
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and usability
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and resolve any front-end issues or bugs

**'''Qualifications'''**
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
- Familiarity with SCSS or Less for CSS preprocessing
- Knowledge of interaction design principles and best practices
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries/frameworks is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
