We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about improving student experience. You’ll have a creative mind and a resourceful approach to problem solving, skilfully navigating the challenges involved in turning great ideas into fantastic experiences. You’ll be a highly skilled negotiator, project manager and communicator. You’ll understand how to engage students with our work, and how to work with and through others to get the results you need.

We are the Student Community Experience team in the Student Experience Division. We’re a well-established team who value empathy, inclusivity and diligence in their work.

We are focused on students’ wider experience of University, beyond their teaching and learning, and on pioneering new ways to ensure every student can benefit from a holistic experience of university, recognising this looks different for different groups and individuals.

Our goal is to foster all students’ sense of belonging at Warwick, supported in different ways to enjoy their time and complete their degree successfully.

Our team runs the centralised Welcome programme for new students, packed with information, social activities and support. Through our extensive and growing Warwick Presents programme, we promote wraparound events and programmes to help students build community, internationalisation, cultural exchange and self-expression.
