Location: HQ at 35 Marine Terrace, Margate, Kent.

Hours: 40 hours.

Days: Monday to Friday - with flexibility over weekends and out of hours to attend to holiday rentals.


**Salary**: Starting from £24,000 plus commissions.

Must hold a clean, full UK driving license.

**Responsibilities**:
**A) Holiday Lets**
- Manage booking platform for holiday rentals, which includes responding to guests messages, ensuring everything is set for check-in and check-out and generally being on hand to assist when required.
- Coordinate with cleaning and laundry teams when a guest leaves and ensuring the smooth running of the apartment.
- Fire testing and reporting maintenance issues.
- Assist with marketing the properties to increase direct bookings.

**B) Coworking Office**
- Assist with a range of on-site tasks to help the workplace run smoothly and happily.
- Interact with clients to build good rapport; create a community atmosphere; host private functions for members; be proactive with promoting the business.
- Work alongside the marketing team to design leaflets, posters etc. to sell office and coworking space.
- Assist with running of the building generally; including access control; fire alarm testing; reporting maintenance issues; opening and closing etc.
- Receptionist duties; including answering calls, welcoming guests and managing post.
- Attending and engaging fully with any required or Company scheduled training, including, webinars, workshops and further reading to ensure that you are knowledgeable about your position, the Company, any relevant legislation and potential future projects.
