**Role Overview**:
As a British Sign Language Speaking Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our clients in the E3 area of London. Your ability to communicate effectively in British Sign Language (BSL) will be essential in ensuring that our deaf or hearing-impaired clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while using British Sign Language to communicate effectively.

2. Administer medications and accompany clients to medical appointments, providing interpretation and support as necessary.

3. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary requirements, ensuring they receive proper nutrition.

4. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a sense of connection and well-being.

5. Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe environment for clients.

6. Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in British Sign Language (BSL) is essential for effective communication with deaf or hearing-impaired clients.

2. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.

3. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients, with a dedication to providing high-quality care.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow instructions and care plans.

6. Authorization to live and work in the UK.
