Our client located in Thorpe Park just outside of Leeds is currently searching for Administrators to come and join their busy head office. The offices are close to the motorway network and also good public transport links.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm (our client can be flexible on these times if needed).
Salary £11-12 depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating clear job specifications for each vacancy
- Keying data onto an inhouse system, reports and trackers
- Booking and confirming workers for work via telephone, video or face to face interviews
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous office-based customer service experience is essential for the role
- A flexible approach to problem solving within a business environment
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Organised way of working, able to manage several key projects/tasks at one time to meet strict deadlines
- PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and inhouse database systems
