Receptionist

**Role**:looking for a receptionist to join their team in Canterbury.
- Ideally, they are looking for someone with previous front of house experience in a professional services environment or perhaps in the hospitality industry.
- This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday on **rota shifts** of either 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Qualifications**
- Degree educated or relevant work experience
- Previous Experience in a FOH role.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and using various computer software, including Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
