**Where will I be working?**

This position is a full-time role and is carried out in an office setting based in Milford, Derbyshire, alongside a vibrant accounts management team. The Marketing Assistant may sometimes be required to attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events within the UK.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, your main duties will include:

- Event Management Support - assist with comprehensive event preparation, organising event stock, facilitate pre
- and post-event marketing campaigns and managing event logistics.
- Content Creation and Social Media Management - creating and analysing social media content to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and audience engagement.
- Promotional Literature Management - creating and updating of promotional literature (both printed and digital) as per requirements.
- PR and Event Promotion Support - assisting in organising, delivering, and promoting PR campaigns and events.
- Supplier Management and Research - researching and resourcing new suppliers for marketing materials and office stock as required.
- Expenditure Reporting Assistance - assisting with aspects of reporting on marketing expenditure to ensure budget adherence and ROI analysis.
- Representation at Exhibitions - attending exhibitions to represent Blue Stream Academy alongside the sales team as necessary.
- Administrative Support - manage diaries for Senior Management and support with the ordering and maintenance of office supply stock.
