Full Time Production Assembly Operative:
As a Beevers Production Assembly Operative, you will be part of a business that is a local family business, based on the northeast coast of Yorkshire with over 4 stores in various locations, over 30 years of history. At our factory we specialize in manufacturing our own bespoke handmade beds.

What you will do as a Production Assembly Operative
- Upholster bases and mattresses and assembling our products in line with manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
- Carrying of raw materials and using hand tools.
- Communicate with team members and the bed factory manager to ensure manufacturing schedules are achieved.
- Working pattern Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Who can be a Beever’s Production Assembly Operative

A previous background in manufacturing would be an advantage as would experience of using hand tools and roles requiring strong dexterity skills but is not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to show us:

- That you have the proven ability to adhere to deadlines.
- The ability to work under pressure whilst maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to work as an individual or as part of a team and willingness to support your colleagues at our busier times.
- Full driving licence would be desirable but not essential.

Earnings meet the national minimum wage plus incentives. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
