Established over 10+ years, our client is rapidly becoming a sector leading soft landscaper, working on large scale and multi phased projects.

The business has several focuses including soft landscaping, grounds maintenance and fencing. As a Operative you will be required to work on House Build projects with some experience in these fields. Training will be provided to the right individual, andthis is a great opportunity to start your career with a great soft landscaping company.

**Principal duties will include**:

- Turfing
- Barking / Mulching
- Planting in accordance with specific instructions
- Preparing areas ready for planting
- Receiving and placing plant stock
- Erection of trellis work and wires to walls
- Fencing (training will be provided)
- General Horticultural duties including, weeding, pruning, & tree planting
- Communicating any issues or problems with your Team Leader

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in soft landscaping role would be an advantage
- CSCS would be beneficial
- PA1 and PA6 certificate (desirable)
- A keen attitude to learn, develop and drive the company forward

**Benefits**:

- Salary £21,000 to £22,000 doe (depending on experience)
- Hours on site: 7.30am - 3pm (40 hours)
- No driving licence required, as you will be picked up by the Team Leader
- Overtime when available
- Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
