We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate **SEN Teaching Assistant** to join our team in **Somerset**.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support and assistance to students with a wide range of needs. From helping students with their academic work to providing emotional support, your role will be crucial in ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

While a Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred, it is not essential for this role. We value experience and the ability to connect with students, and therefore, 1+ years of classroom experience would be highly beneficial. In addition to this, we offer ongoing professional development and training opportunities to support your growth in this role.

In terms of pay, we offer a competitive rate of £82.50 - £90 per day, depending on experience. As a flexible position, we offer both long and short-term contracts to suit your availability and preferences.
