**About The Role**:
Overview:
Opportunity for a proactive, creative and organised communications professional to join our internal communications team.

This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal campaigns, content and events to engage our people in the purpose and impact of our business.

Role description:
You will provide tactical internal communications to engage our teams in our strategy, values and priorities and ensure that messages are delivered to the right audiences in the most effective way.

You will manage our communities and lead the design, coordination, and delivery of TPXimpact’s internal communications and support our employee engagement projects.

Working in close collaboration with our Head of Communications and members of the People Leadership Team, you will be skilled at building relationships, managing multiple projects and offering advice on internal communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver insight-driven plans and campaigns that drive employee engagement with the company's vision, mission and values.
- Write, edit and distribute engaging content through a variety of internal communications channels, including newsletters.
- Measure employee engagement through regular surveys including question sets, branding, communication, data collection and post-survey action planning.
- Support the development of a global company intranet and manage content, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging and informative.
- Produce high quality materials and graphics including videos, Slack posts, Town Hall presentations, infographics etc.
- Offer new and creative ideas on communication initiatives, channels and content which contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives.
- Help develop our culture of two-way internal communication and inclusion.
- Work closely and collaboratively with people across the business.
- Ensure messaging and materials are high quality, accurate and aligned to the company strategy, values and goals.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events, including Town Halls and Employee Resource Groups initiatives.
- Input communication activities into the internal communications content planner.
- Implement metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measure internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees.

**About You**:
Skills and experience:

- Experience in a communications team, whether internal or external.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and some experience of editing content (written, audio and visual).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passionate storyteller, always looking for new and interesting ways to engage people.
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to develop solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Keen to experiment with different ways of using channels and sharing information, adapting materials to different channels or audiences.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A self-motivated team player who is comfortable building networks with a wide range of people in different offices and teams.
